The Edgerton High School is seeking a Varsity Head Girls Golf Coach for the 2024-25 season. The candidate must have the ability to motivate, mentor and instill sportsmanship qualities while maximizing the student athletes abilities at all levels. Strong communication and organizational skills required. Further qualifications listed below: * Thorough knowledge of golf skills * Use of different coaching methods and motivational strategies * Collaborate with assistant coaches, other sports and school employees * Ability to relate to students, parents and community members * Capability to work with our local golf course * Involvement in summer strength and conditioning programs for all athletes * Able to run daily practices * Fundraising * CNLT or Licensed Teacher * CPR and First Aid certified
