$18.00 - $22.00 hour
12 month - 28.75 hours per week as assigned

Reports to: PAC Manager and Technical Director

General purpose of job: Coordinate the front of the House for upcoming events, including collaborating with customers, ticket management, ushers, and other event based needs as well as assist with back-up technical equipment on preparation for events as assigned by the PAC Manager and general theater work as needed.
Position Responsibilities
1. Monitor use of all PAC areas to assure safety, cleanliness, and appropriate use.
2. Manage the House and Box Office
3. Maintain and keep all PAC areas and equipment in safe working order.
4. Manage Volunteer Usher Corp
5. Assist in coordinating all rehearsals, load-ins, changeovers, performances, setups, and strikes of PAC events to ensure user safety and proper scheduling
6. Maintain House and facility awareness during performances
7. Assist in informing users of audio/video recording logistics and MASD policies related to streaming, recording, and copyright infringement.
8. Assist in recruiting, training, mentoring, and monitoring MHS PAC Student Tech Crew, adult technicians, and adult volunteers as needed to serve technical assistants for PAC events.
9. All other duties as assigned

The usual working environment of this position is that of the performing arts center. The noise level in the work environment is moderate. The employee continuously interacts with other staff members and regularly meets multiple demands from several people.

Minimum level of education required
• High School Graduate or equivalent required.
• Theater experience at high school level or higher preferred.
• Working knowledge of theater technical equipment
• Previous front of the House theater experience
