Job Description: ​The School District of Baraboo has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant to support Teaching and Learning. This is a part-time, 20 hours per week, 12 months per year position and is in the Secretarial Clerical Organization (SCO). This position is responsible for maintaining and organizing the Directors’ calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments and conference calls. This position will assist with the planning and execution of projects related to Teaching and Learning initiatives as well as manage online curricular tool’s access. This position is also responsible for placing and receiving orders needed to support Teaching and Learning at all of the schools. Compensation for this position will be a minimum of $19.00/hour. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. They will also have superior attention to detail and the ability to multitask, and maintain confidentiality. Furthermore, a working knowledge of current technology skills is required, with strong organizational and time management skills.
