Education/Certification: - High school diploma or equivalent required - CPR and first aid certification desired Performance Requirements: - Requires individual who has the ability to work effectively as a member of a team and take direction from others - Strong, positive interpersonal skills required to work collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, administration and staff - Ability to work with elementary-age students in small group or individual settings - Strong communication skills - Well-developed computer and technology skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality - Ability to be flexible and adapt to quickly changing situations - Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and problem solve - Ability to work with students in a variety of settings indoors and outdoors (classroom, recess and lunch duty).
