WHAT YOU’LL DO • Provides leadership, support, and training of programmed events and concession staff. • Maintains positive relationships with guests, members, community groups, and other building staff. • Helps maintain equipment such as: sharpening ice skates, organizing equipment closets, deep cleaning kitchen machines, sanitizing bounce houses, and proper storage of equipment. • Participates in and assists with the running of family programmed events such as: birthday parties, public skate, climbing wall, bounce house nights, concessions, and special events. • Learns the current POS system with online ordering. • Assists with weekly inventory and tracking of inventory on POS system. • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. HOURS • This is a part-time, year-round position. • Up to 25 hours per week. • Weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends preferred. • Flexible weekday evening hours up to 8 hours per day, flexible weekend hours up to 10 hours per day. HOURLY WAGE $16.00 per hour. There are no benefits offered with this position. WHAT IT TAKES • Must be at least 18 years of age. • Must complete annual auto belay, harness, and helmet training with certified climbing wall staff.
