The HR/Payroll Department takes pride in providing excellent customer service to our employees. We pay nearly 1,000 employees across 10 work sites and 5 employee groups on a bi-weekly basis. Duties: This position is responsible for front-line candidate, employee and retiree questions by overseeing the Human Resources Helpdesk and phone line. Provides orientation and onboarding training and visiting schools for 1:1 and large-group training programs. Tracks employee licenses, employee evaluations and Educator Effectiveness. Processes tuition reimbursements, orders office supplies and reconciles financial transactions/P-card. Assists with running reports, gathering data and completing HRIS system tasks. Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or human resources is preferred. Excellent computer skills are required. Experience: 2-5 years experience, preferably with human resource, payroll and employee benefits. School District experience is also preferred.
