The Kewaskum School District is looking for a Secondary Literacy Coach to join our team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Uses literacy knowledge and expertise to address the needs of teachers and students. - Communicates and collaborates effectively to promote the district literacy vision. - Gathers, analyzes, and uses data to determine needs, measure progress, and guide instruction and intervention. - Plans, coordinates, and manages the district literacy program and services consistent with established guidelines, policies and procedures. - Provides literacy-focused professional development and coaching. - Acts in a professional, collaborative manner and engages in continual growth.
