This full-time position will begin employment with the start of the second semester of the 2023-2024 school year. Certification: Must hold or be eligible for a WI Teaching License. LICENSE: Licensed to teach High School Math/ Ability to teach AP Courses desired. Qualified candidates will: • Expertise in best math instructional practices, assessment, and integration of technology • Will work with colleagues in a professional learning community • Collect and analyze data to improve instruction • Be able to differentiate instruction and use data to inform instruction, • Have excellent working knowledge of best practice assessment methods • Have knowledge of RTI and PBIS • Deliver high-quality instruction. * Use feedback to continuously improve as an educator. • Develop positive, student-centered relationships with all learners. • Provide students with support in and outside of class. • Contribute to a positive school culture and climate. • Create engaging classroom environments that challenge all learners. • Develop rigorous and relevant learning experiences. • Communicate effectively with parents and students. • Possess effective classroom management techniques.
