Full Time Cross Categorical Special Education Teacher - Vacancy ID: 183568

The School District of Lomira is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy as a primary elementary cross categorical teacher. Candidates should have a solid understanding of special education processes and procedures and be both relationship- and strengths-based in their orientation as an educator. The ability to work as part of a collaborative team through a PLC process is essential. This position includes working as part of a team in the assessment of student needs, leadership in intervention and service design through the IEP process, provision of direct and consultative services, support through co-teaching arrangements, and leadership in the progress monitoring and instructional problem solving processes.
