The School District of Whitefish Bay is seeking to increase its pool of daily substitute teachers. Applications for substitute teachers are accepted throughout the school year.

Candidates should have a desire and proven track record of nurturing students academically, socially, and emotionally in a classroom of diverse learners. With an expectation of continual growth for all students, candidates should understand the growth mindset and embrace the challenges of creating well managed classrooms that provide engaging instruction. Preference will be given to candidates with proven skills in problem solving, developing strong relationships with students, staff and families, and a strong work ethic.

The successful candidate will hold or be eligible for valid Wisconsin DPI certification.

Reasonable and reliable attendance is a requirement of this position/job. The final candidate must successfully complete/pass a criminal background check, pre-employment requirements, and hiring paperwork.
