Duties Performed: The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Early Childhood development. Will participate in assessment, program planning, IEP meetings and service delivery for students aged 3-5 years old. Be a strong and positive communicator with students, fellow staff members and parents. Should be creative, enthusiastic and energetic. Have a strong work ethic. Out of the box thinking to ensure the best outcome for students. Can make and carry out behavior plans with data tracking. Will be co-teaching with regular education teaching and/or doing pull out, along with a 3 year old classroom. Organized, on time with deadlines and a belief that all students can learn and thrive.
Special Skills Required: Willing to be a strong advocate for all students.
Required license Number: Be certified or be eligible to be Wisconsin DPI certified to teach Early Childhood/Primary Special Education (1809)
