The Pecatonica Area School District is a rural school district located in Southwest Wisconsin and serves the towns of Blanchardville and Hollandale. Pecatonica High School is located 40 miles southwest of Madison and 20 miles east of Mineral Point and Dodgeville. Pecatonica Middle School serves over 100 scholars which allows for an individualized approach while still providing access to social-emotional learning with core content learning. The Pecatonica Area School District is looking for a middle school teacher to teach middle school English-Language Arts to start for the 2023-2024 school year. This position will be a full time (1.0) regular contract. Applicants must be certified by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction. The applicant must possess excellent leadership, team-building, interpersonal and communication skills. Expertise in best English-Language Arts and literature-based instructional practices, assessment, and integration of technology. The person that will be selected for this position must possess a passion for high-quality work within all scholar populations.
