The Unified School District of Antigo is seeking out the next member of our Antigo High School Math team! Responsibilities: Collaborate with colleagues, using the Professional Learning Communities framework, including special education teachers, to provide a range of academic and social-emotional support to students in inclusive classroom settings Collaborate with school improvement teams and align practice with the USDA Equity Non-Negotiables that align with the mission and vision and collective commitments of the district Communicate proactively and effectively with other teachers and administrators Develop positive relationships and engage in open reciprocal communication with families. Monitor students’ academic and behavioral progress (through data collection and analysis) to guide instructional decisions. Monitor and address IEP goals as necessary. Qualifications: CPM experience preferred, but not required Background knowledge in Gradual Release of Responsibility and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) preferred Experience in data-driven and research based decision-making Ability to use technology in support of learning and instruction Engage in coaching and reflection with a growth-mindset to continue to grow, learn and improve practice
