The Mount Horeb Area School District, located just 15 minutes west of Madison, Wisconsin, is now accepting applications for a 1.0 FTE, full year Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for recruitment; employment; staffing; managing performance evaluation systems; collective bargaining; and serving as the primary resource person for all personnel matters. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS: A. Required experience and training: Bachelor's Degree and four (4) years of related work experience. B. Desired experience and training: Specialized knowledge and/or demonstrated experience in the field of Human Resource Management (with experience in school personnel management, preferred); ability to organize; and/or a thorough, proven knowledge of administration of public education. C. Special requirements of the position: Ability to provide leadership to administrators and staff; ability to maintain excellent interpersonal relationships with superiors, peers, the public, applicants, and subordinates; ability to make suggestions for improvement; and skill in oral and written communication.
