The Unified School District of Antigo is looking for a high school level instructional assistant to focus on student behavior. This is a school year, full-time position. Main Roles and Responsibilities: -Provide supervision and support in the classroom -Reinforce concepts taught by classroom teachers -Supports, encourages, motivates and promotes students Performance Requirements -Strong interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal, written) to communicate with students, teachers, administration and staff -Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information -Ability to make connections and motivate students -Ability to use computers and technology -Previous experience working in a school setting desired
