The School District of Spring Valley is seeking a qualified, innovative special education teacher with a child-centered education philosophy who is able to work in a collaborative environment to improve student achievement and help students meet individualized goals. This position would start August 21, 2023. To be a teacher for the Cardinals, you should have knowledge of essential grade level standards, be a positive member of a Professional Learning Community, be able to co-teach, have a strong belief in Inclusion, and lastly have knowledge with IEP forms and meetings, but teachers of all experience levels will be considered. The District has approximately 750 students K-12 all on one beautiful campus. The School District of Spring Valley has an Administrative Team of an Elementary Principal, Middle/High School Principal, Director of Special Education and Pupil Services and a District Administrator. Spring Valley is conveniently located close to UW-Stout, UW-River Falls, UW-Eau Claire, and a quick drive to the Twin Cities. The community of Spring Valley truly supports its schools.
