Full Time
Oversee, coordinate, and perform day-to-day school administrative functions Support school counselors, school social workers, school psychologists, teachers, and administrators Assist parents with school registration, admission, and withdrawal procedures Initial point of contact for all new and transfer students Prepare, maintain, and organize student records and database, ensure that they are updated regularly Assist with scheduling, scholarships, Academic Guidebook, summer school, standardized testing, and various other projects Create and run ad hoc reports Send communication via email and Infinite Campus messenger to families, faculty, and students Check posted grades (progress, quarter, semester) Process transcripts and verify enrollment Collaborate with district office for 2nd and 3rd Friday enrollment counts Collaborate with alternative education teacher to enter course grades and credits Support special events (Forms & Fees, High School Orientation, P/T Conferences, Open House, Course Information Evening, Graduation, etc) Maintain student lockers Other duties as assigned
1. High school diploma (minimum); 2. Customer service mindset; 3. Office rapport skills to assist students, parents, and the community with a variety of tasks/questions; 4. Experience in administrative office work preferred; 5. Dependable work record; 6. Proficient ability to type; 7. Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks; 8. Ability to problem solve through a variety of tasks & priorities; 9. Positive and friendly work attitude; 10. Proficient in Google Workspace, Infinite Campus, etc; 11. Experience with data input and database set-up, including the creation of charts and graphs; 12. Experience/knowledge of networking systems, preferably Skyward and Infinite Campus programs; 13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 14. Must be detail oriented; 15. Must be able to work effectively, independently, and in a team setting, and with minimum direction; 16. Ability to maintain complete confidentiality. 17. Experience in the school setting is preferred, but not required.
