Position Title: Director of Human Resources Department/Location: Division of Human Resources Job Classification: Administrator (Exempt) Reports to: Chief of Talent The Wauwatosa School District (WSD) is seeking candidates interested in serving as the Director of Human Resources within the Division of Human Resources. In accordance with state and federal law, contractual obligations, and School Board policies and under the direction of the Chief of Talent, the Director of Human Resources plans and implements procedures for all personnel activities to maintain and enhance the quality of the educational program offered to students of the Wauwatosa School District. The position is responsible for implementing best practices in the Division of Human Resources, as well as advancing the diversity and inclusion of staff members. The role provides expertise and guidance to support the District's strategic goals and mission under the direction of the Chief of Talent.
