We are looking for a full-time special education teacher to support students with IEPs specifically in the area of reading and writing. We are looking for a teacher that is innovative and believes that ALL children can and will learn when the appropriate support is in place. Commitment of high expectations and success for each and every student. Ability to innovate and differentiate instruction to engage all learners. Successful development and implementation of highly effective instruction leading to measurable student growth. Assessment and data-driven instructional decision making skills. The ability to create a positive learning environment that fully engages students. A desire to work in a student-centered environment as a dedicated and collaborative team-member.
