Job Description: The School District of New Lisbon is seeking a Part-time Elementary Art teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. Technology is integrated into each classroom as each of the students has a Chromebook in a one-to-one environment. Common Expectations: 1. Complies with the School District of New Lisbon’s rules, regulations, policies, procedures, practices, and administrative directives. 6. Possesses strong organizational and time management skills. District Description: The School District of New Lisbon is an Early Childhood - Grade 12 district located all in one building, with a total population of roughly 600 students. The District employs 100 dedicated and talented professional staff members. The district staff work in a positive and collaborative environment using professional learning communities. The successful candidate will be an individual who is a great communicator, relationship builder, enjoys working as part of a team, and will actively engage with staff, students, and the community. Our School Board and community are very supportive of the District through recently passed referendums. New Lisbon is located in the center of beautiful “Vacation Country," approximately 25 miles west of Wisconsin Dells, 60 miles west of Madison, and 55 miles east of La Crosse Preferences: Art license 550 required. Willingness to obtain additional licensure is preferred but not required.
