Director of Special Education and Pupil Services including other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of three years successful teaching experience
- Successful experience as an administrator, director of curriculum and instruction, director of pupil services or instructional coach preferred but not required
- Proven experience as an instructional leader in the classroom/school/district
- Proven ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships with staff, students, parents, administration and Board of Education
- Skilled instructional leader with a focus on helping staff and students succeed
- Experience with Educator Effectiveness - preferably CESA #6 Model
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with all school stakeholders
- Must enjoy working with students regardless of their needs
