District Description: The Menasha Joint School District serves a student population of approximately 3,200 students. The district has eight schools – five elementary schools, one middle school, one high school and one virtual school. Menasha Joint School District is a place where teachers, administrators, and staff focus on "Reaching Every Student Every Day". Menasha schools offer a comprehensive and rigorous PK-12 instructional program that challenges students to set and meet ambitious personal goals. Our curriculum addresses the individual needs of each student as to equip all students to be college and career ready. The Menasha Joint School District is looking for a proven leader and educator with a passion for learning and education to be their next Superintendent. This individual will be committed to building relationships with stakeholders, engaging one on one with board members, cultivating a collaborative school environment, being a presence within the community, and creating a vision that leads the district forward with an understanding of the vision currently in place. The person must be familiar with and able to lead a district with a diverse set of learners. The ideal candidate will be an authentic, objective, committed, data-driven, research-based practitioner and will place a high emphasis on family and relationships. Education and Experiences: The successful candidate for Superintendent must hold, or be eligible to hold, the Superintendent or School District Administrator license through the WI Department of Public Instruction or be currently enrolled in an approved program to obtain the licensure. Qualified candidates will demonstrate a strong academic and educational background including experience in performance coaching, and successful administrative leadership in a diverse school system. The Superintendent position will be hired directly through the Menasha Joint School District.
