Required: - Supports Head Coach - CPR/AED/First Aid Certification - Previous high school or college playing experience - Must be able to coach/teach all necessary skills for your event - High school, club or college coaching experience - Possess excellent organizational skills and provide program oversight - Possess the basic knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport & the ability to instruct student-athletes in the fundamental skills, strategy, and physical training necessary for individual and team success - Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and communicates clearly with athletes and parents - Ability to supervise and monitor team in various setting - Mentor and develop relationships with student-athletes and encourage a healthy, fun and competitive outlook in sport Preferred: - Previous high school coaching experience - Must be able to motivate student athletes to perform to their potential - Certified Educator
