Job Description: The School District of Phillips is seeking an energetic individual for the position of Superintendent. The School District of Phillips serves approximately 726 students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade with an annual operating budget of approximately $10.5 million and 137 staff members. The candidate of choice will have demonstrated strong communication skills with students, staff, parents, community, and the Board of Education. Qualifications: A successful candidate should have a solid understanding of the Wisconsin school finance model, curriculum development, continuous improvement, human resource management, and facility management. The candidate should also have a deep understanding of educator effectiveness and the implementation of an equitable multi-level system of support. Requirements: Must hold or be eligible for Wisconsin School District Administrator licensure or near the completion of the certification program.
