Governed by an eleven-member Board of Control, the agency provides staff, services, and support to 29 school districts. CESA 10’s approximately 160 staff members work within seven departments: Administration, College & Career Readiness, Educational Technology, Facilities Management, Learning Services, Operations and Special Education. Existing partnerships with the Department of Public Instruction make this an attractive position for a candidate who is committed to serving schools. Qualifications: Candidates will have an advanced degree in education, leadership, or a related field with successful experience in an upper-level leadership position. The candidate will be able to demonstrate expertise as a manager of people and projects. Please note: A DPI license is not required. Salary Range: The anticipated salary range is $160,000-$180,000 depending upon experience and qualifications.
