Payroll/HR Daily calls/emails from employees, insurance reps regarding changes, questions Payroll questions from employees (forms, research, timesheets) Employee changes (address, ph#, insurance changes (STD/LTD/LIF), ded/ben, 403b, taxes, WRS) Insurance enrollment, changes, payroll adjustments Extra pay/stipend, pay adjustments (research, employee communications, process adj) True Time issues (communication with employees and supervisors, workweek setups, approval process) Monthly and quarterly reporting Process all extra pay Unemployment Letters, calls, faxes from DWD regarding unemployment claims Provide employment and financial history for each case Research determinations and appeal if necessary Reverification calls Hearings, appeals as needed Insurances (Health, Dental & Vision) correspondence with employees, questions, qualifying events, adjustments enrollments, changes, terminations, prorations, ded/ben adjustments research, communication with insurance reps as needed Vitality, Wellness (questions, tracking, prorate for mid-year enrollments, Vitality admin, status reporting) biometrics (organize, communicate, work/coordinate event at all schools, follow up, survey, reporting) Skyward (HRIS) setup (new/changes) Initial enrollment for new employees Keep current with employee changes Communicate with employees Profile changes Time off, onboarding (enrollments, employee communications) FMLA Extensive communication with employees (emails, calls, in-person visits) Collection of forms and approvals Calculate/communicate/process paid, unpaid, and time off days Employee and sub updates (dates, time off, setup, etc.) Manual update in Skyward to code FMLA for reporting Stay updated on changes/interpretations to process, forms, etc. COBRA and FSA (limited/health/dependent care) Communication with employees (emails, calls) New enrollment and changes throughout the year Open enrollment every Dec COBRA term all insurances, direct bill, WEA portal changes FSA setup/changes throughout the year Communication with employees (emails, calls) regarding coverage, qualifying events, dependents Substitutes Process TOC invoices (export, sort, convert account codes per line item) Communicate with employees regarding absences, Frontline entries, and processes Export Frontline/import Skyward time-off, manual changes for time off, hourly subs data entry Verification of Employment Email/fax - employment history, financial history by year broken out by category (2-day turnaround) Verbal - verification Time Off PTO Accrual - run utility, adjustments, correspondence Research employee questions and transaction, eligibility, longevity, track rollovers/exceptions Life Insurance Claims - new, changes, financial and employment history forms Work with the rep on claims, forms, determinations, appeals Correspondence with employee Open Enrollment create enrollment process (organize rates, options, attend open meetings, Google form) confirm submissions, enter all enrollments, and process changes The Germantown School District is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in employment against properly qualified and eligible individuals by reason of their race, color, national origin, ancestry, political affiliation, citizenship, religion, sex, age, handicap, disability, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation or physical, mental, emotional or learning disability, membership in the national guard, state defense force, or any other reserve component of the military forces of the United States or Wisconsin, arrest record, conviction record not substantially related to a person's job or activity in school, or the use of lawful products by individuals off school premises during non-working hours, as required by Wisconsin Statute 118.12, 118.13 or any other basis prohibited by applicable federal, state or local law.
