HS Agriculture Teacher and FFA Advisor Location: Mosinee High School FTE: 1.0 WI Certification Required: 1200 – Agriculture Qualified applicants should possess the following: > Certified and/or eligible for Wisconsin certification in Agriculture at the High School Level (Grades 9 – 12). > Competency to successfully teach students. > Successful working experience with High School students, staff and parents. > Strong belief in continuous improvement and professional development. > Good written and oral communication skills. > Ability to develop positive, constructive relations with students, staff and the public. Reports To: Building Principal(s) Candidates need to have a strong commitment to teach Agriculture. They should be skilled in a variety of teaching strategies related to the discipline that enable them to address diverse learning styles and needs. The candidates must possess a clear understanding of student-centered activities, and support these strategies with their teaching. They must have experience in using classroom technologies. Teachers at Mosinee are provided with extensive technological tools for instruction and management activities.
