Description: Plans, implements and assesses student learning experiences.  Helps foster a love of learning for students and appropriately guides the learner to lead their learning.  Facilitates parental involvement.  This position is located at Bay View Middle School for grades 7 and 8. Start date is as soon as possible. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. Licensure and certification (1777 or 1600) by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction required; science) preferred. Successful completion of student teaching experience. Knowledge of current educational methodology and practices. Experience in or knowledge of:  Viable candidates will have a strong background in teaching and experience in science and middle school.  Must be an active member of the school community, be able to create a supportive and positive classroom community, be organized and efficient, and facilitate the district and school's mission to develop 21st Century Learners.
