The Kewaskum School District has an opening for a Business Office Support Specialist at District Office. This tasks include but are not limited to collecting, monitoring and processing cash deposits, collecting and filing benefit enrollment documentation, assisting with payroll entry and processing and preparing various personnel correspondence.
This position is a part time, 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday), year round position.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge and full capability of utilizing standard office equipment.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.
Proficient with Google, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to clearly interpret and communicate the various provisions of payroll.
Excellent customer service skills via phone and in person.
Patience, especially during busy times.
Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS - REQUIRED:
High school diploma.
Two or more years of payroll, accounting or related work experience.
Strong communication skills-listening, written and oral.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Punctual, regular attendance.
