JOB SUMMARY:
Provide excellent systems and technical support for the administrative and educational functions of the school district.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Configuration and Maintenance of Systems: Database/systems setup and management
● User Account Management: In partnership with Network Services Manager
● Misc physical equipment fixes: Hardware Repair and Troubleshooting as needed
● Configuration of End-User Systems and Classroom Technologies: Assessment of devices, design, setup
maintenance
● Network Infrastructure Troubleshooting/support: Under the direction of the Network Services Manager, assist
in network infrastructure and systems configuration and support
● Technology Fixes and Changes: Research and implement solutions as problems arise. Assist in executing new
product rollouts, including changing technologies that require a refresh of the fleet
● Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to diagnose, problem-solve, and implement hardware and software end-user solutions along with interoperability
of systems. Support specialized services related to database and systems management. Demonstrated understanding of
physical components of technology hardware and peripherals. Knowledge of audio and video equipment

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Associate’s Degree or greaterin Computer-related field
2. 4 or more years of experience working in technology support with data systems experience
3. High attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
4. Technical support industry certifications for systems within the district such as Apple and Windows, Mobile
Device Management, Helpdesk, Security Cameras, etc. (preferred)
5. Experience in MacOS, iOS and Windows OS end-user devices.
6. Experience in diagnosing, problem-solving, and implementing hardware and software configurations.
7. Ability to support and maintain specialized services related to cameras, phones, device deployment (Jamf), etc.
8. Demonstrated aptitude for database systems/reporting, hardware and interest in both hardware and software
