Class ACT is open to all 9th through 12th grade Wisconsin high school students. Self-motivated students who seek challenging inquiry-based work, who would like more control of their learning experiences, and desire to learn the skills necessary to compete in the global world may choose this option to earn high school credits that lead to a high school diploma.
Applicants must hold licensure for grade 9-12 and have, or be willing to obtain, Alternative Education certification.
Coaching opportunities also available at all levels.
The Chequamegon School District is located in beautiful Northern Wisconsin and is a point of pride for our community. Dedicated to student success, our mission is to provide an educational environment in partnership with our community which inspires our students and prepares them for success in the world of the 21st century.
The Chequamegon School District serves northern Price and southern Ashland counties. The Chequamegon School District was named in honor of the Chequamegon National Forest, which surrounds and encompasses the school district and its residents. Outdoor activities abound with immediate access to a variety of options including cross-country skiing, fishing, hunting, ice skating, snowmobiling, and 4-wheeling. The North Campus is only 40 miles south of beautiful Lake Superior. The Park Falls community has a beautiful public library and regional medical facilities.
