Duties of the Position: Encourages and promotes the academic, career and personal/social development for all students. Special Skills Required: Must be certified or eligible to be certified to be a School Counselor by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction #54 and/or #7054. Knowledge of Academic & Career Planning, WI Comprehensive Counseling Model, PBIS, and RtI a plus, but not required.
