Tiger Pack lead caregivers main duties are to plan and implement, under the direction of the program coordinator, all daily aspects of the Tiger Pack program including student, staff, and parent communications; child guidance; environmental safety; and administrative duties of checking daily the site phone, as well as site email. Lead caregivers are responsible for the daily guidance, and direction of site staff. Caregiver’s duties also include relating, and understanding students at their site. Tiger Pack Lead Caregivers will check twice daily, and monitor daily the submissions from guardians for schedule changes online through Eleyo as well as monitoring and checking twice daily their site email. Lead caregivers are responsible for the smooth running of their individual site as well as having enhanced responsibility in planning and scheduling during the summer months. Two Tiger Pack sites will have one Lead Caregiver to oversee and complete the above listed tasks, and one site will fall under the supervision of the Tiger Pack Assistant coordinator during the school months. During school seasons, lead caregivers will function primarily as 30 hours Tiger Pack, and serve for 10 hours as a regular education para at assigned schools. Tiger Pack leads will meet every other week on Wednesdays throughout the school year and summer to connect and discuss current issues and current happenings at Tiger Pack.
1. High School Diploma. 2. 2+ years experience in working with children in a structured setting. 3. Strong communication skills. 4. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google.
