The Waukesha STEM Academy - Saratoga Campus is a Sixth through Eighth Grade Personalized, Project-Based Learning school, where students are encouraged to think outside of the box and are given the opportunity to demonstrate their learning in many different ways. Students are supported in developing a sense of independence and intrinsic values, which enable them to become successful in life, once they leave the middle school setting. This teaching position will help our students develop these skills in a mathematical setting, where we see a very large percentage of our student population become very excited to participate in mathematics activities, via hands-on learning, online learning, BlendEd learning, Project-Based Learning and other modalities of demonstrating mastery. With these options for learning and assessment, 100% of our students participate in a competency-based program model for all three years of their learning journey at the Waukesha STEM Academy - Saratoga Campus, which allows them to progress at varied paces and come to our site at different places.
