The Kewaskum School District is seeking a Speech and Language Pathologist to serve students in multiple buildings. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Pupil Services, and in conjunction with building administrators, this position provides support for students, and their families, in the Special Education program. Speech pathologists work with students across multiple age groups to facilitate the treatment of speech and language disorders, such as stammers, stutters, Tourettes and mutism. This position collaborates with students, parents, teachers, counselors and administrators throughout the district. Previous experience with a variety of speech/language disorders in school-age population preferred. CFY's are encouraged to apply. Strong organizational skills and the ability to complete paperwork in a timely manner. Knowledge of the relationship between speech/language disorders and academic achievement.
