POSITION TITLE
WISEdash LOCAL Customer Success Coordinator
POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Success Coordinator will communicate with districts interested in joining the Wisconsin Information Systems for Education (WISEdash) LOCAL Consortium and coordinate the onboarding of districts joining; create training and support strategy for WISEdash LOCAL; maintain public relations of WISEdash LOCAL including marketing efforts and website; Serve as a secretary/treasurer to the WISEdash LOCAL Consortium.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as Consortium Secretary/Treasurer
Coordinate meetings of operations board, user groups, committees, and vendors
Furnish public notices of meetings as required by law
Maintain records of Consortium meetings
Develop a market strategy based on analysis of district needs, technology trends, competitors, and user feedback
Organize and facilitate pilot groups in development from requirements gathering through launch
Turn district requests into easy-to-interpret, practical metric and dashboard designs
Works with database administrator to develop and communicate project plan to Operations Board
Works with database administrator to develop and communicate enhancement plans to Operations Board
Monitor consortium budget and expenses with Fiscal Agent
Draft policies and procedures
Resolve conflicts
Communicate and meet with potential district consortium members
Coordinate onboarding of districts
Create marketing materials and manage WISEdash Local website and documentation
Act as liaison between the Fiscal Agency and the Operations Board
Manage communications, including website, documentation, and newsletters
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Create training documents and provide training
Attend conferences and events related to educational data
Aid in the creation of content, dashboards and reports

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience as determined by the WISEdash LOCAL consortium.
Experience in Communications and Outreach or marketing.
Excellent verbal and written communication along with outstanding customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Access to a vehicle for occasional travel within the State of Wisconsin.
Experience with Google Drive, Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentations.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Maintain cultural awareness and sensitivity to work cooperatively and collaboratively with staff, parents, and the public and demonstrated outstanding communication skills in a variety of situations with a diverse community of customers.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with the various department heads, staff, and outside agencies and have experience working in a team environment and have the ability to get along with others and team members.
Ability to be flexible and work effectively under pressure.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working in the public school system.
Experience in sales, marketing, and/or communications
Familiarity with HTML/CSS/WordPress
WORKING CONDITIONS
Position experiences multiple inflexible deadlines and interruptions. Occasional evening and/or weekend work to be performed in excess of the regular-scheduled workday. May require occasional travel.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS
This non-represented statewide position reports to the WISEdash LOCAL Operations Board. CESA 12 is the employer, however, work location to be determined with telecommuting and work-from-home options.
COMPENSATION
Compensation and benefits shall be provided by the Fiscal Agency, with approval of the Operations Board. This position is a full time position. Salary is negotiable, health insurance and retirement benefits are available. The starting wage is $45,000-$50,000 depending on experience.
