The School District of Brown Deer is hiring a Head Football Coach. The season starts on August 1, 2022, and runs through November 18, 2023, with practices daily from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. or otherwise as determined by, and approved by the Athletic Director. The Head Coach must be student and team-focused. You must attend practices, events, and coaching meetings as designated by the Athletic Director. Performance Responsibilities: Assume the responsibilities for the development of the specific team within the total program, as the Head Coach. Initiate ways that will benefit the total program. Attend and plan all meetings. Assignment planning. Delegate the distribution and collection of equipment, supplies, and uniforms tasks. Manage special awards programs, promotional programs, and other programs or activities deemed important to the sport. Be responsible for the security of all facilities used by the team. Be responsible for the conduct of the student-athlete and other involved students at all times: practices, games, bus rides, school locker room, etc. Show respect for officials, the press, opposing coaches, parents, fans, student-athletes, fellow coaches, and teachers. Work to promote school spirit. Develop teamwork, morale, sportsmanship, courtesy, fair play, academic excellence, and strict adherence, to rules of training and conduct.
