Verona Area School District •Verona Area School District Natatorium and Aquatics Center •Seeking well qualified Lifeguards and Swim Instructors possessing ability to respond to emergencies in a professional and mature manner, high level of leadership and public relations skills, and appropriate decision making skills •Lifeguard duties include but are not limited to: keeping familiar with and consistently enforces tactfully all pool rules and regulations, constantly on the lookout for hazardous situations and takes action necessary to prevent accidents, and performing appropriate rescues if accident prevention fails •Swim Instructor duties include but are not limited to: conducting swimming lessons as assigned, enforcing pool, locker room, lobby and hallway rules, regulations and safety procedures, and maintaining order on the pool and adjacent area •Pay is $12.00 per hour for lifeguard assignments.
