Description:

The Holy Hill Area School District is seeking a full-time middle school Math educator to join our team at Richfield Middle School. We provide comprehensive training in our curriculum and intervention programs, alongside robust professional growth through our new teacher program and coaching rounds with instructional specialists. We are deeply committed to the PLC and RtI at Work processes, ensuring every student has the layers of support they need to succeed at high levels.    

 

The Holy Hill Area School District is located 30 minutes Northwest of Milwaukee.  The district consists of Friess Lake Elementary School and Richfield Middle School. The total enrollment for the district is approximately 500 students.  Richfield Middle School consists of approximately 200 students in grades 5th-8th.

Essential Job  Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Develop positive, encouraging relationships with students that promote academic, social, and emotional growth.

  • Develop instructional plans that align with district-adopted essential standards and curriculum.

  • Use assessment to guide instruction and provide feedback to students and stakeholders.

  • Assume responsibility for student supervision.

  • Use district approved Response to Intervention strategies and programs to support all learners.

  • Participate in the school’s PBIS and CPS model.

  • Effectively collaborate with colleagues in a professional learning community.

  • Analyze data to be responsive for teaching and learning.

  • Participate in all school and district professional development.

  • Provide intervention support for students in math.
