The School District of Whitefish Bay is looking for Lunch/Recess Supervisors for the 2025-2026 school year at Richards Elementary School. The positions are each 2.00 or 2.50 hour shifts assigned throughout the week (Monday - Friday) between 10:10 AM - 1:15PM on student days during the school year. Shifts can vary with times between 10:10 AM - 1:15 PM and location (inside and outside of the building).
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Maintaining milk inventory, rotating milk stock, selling milk during student lunch periods, providing supervision during student recess, and circulating on the playground and in the classrooms (if applicable) supervisor students while they play and eat lunch. Clear expectations are in place with well-developed rules and procedures. Recess is held outside year round. Other duties may be assigned by the building administration.
A passion for working with children is a must. The ability to work with other adults as a member of the supervision team is also required.
Physical requirements: Standing for up to 30 minutes at a time, bending and reaching into the milk cooler, walking, and using stairs.
The final candidate must successfully complete/pass a criminal background check, pre-employment requirements (physical, TB test, etc.), and hiring paperwork.
