The School District of Hillsboro is accepting applications for a full-time paraprofessional (4K). Applicants are required to have completed two years of study at an institution of higher education, an associate’s degree (or higher), or high school graduation and knowledge of and the ability to assist in the instruction of reading, writing and mathematics; successful work experience in dealing with school-aged students, and the ability to use computer programs. Duties will include assisting the teachers or other certified personnel working with students in regular education settings, and/or small group settings and supervision of students.
