Duties of the Position: This position works directly with faculty to increase student achievement through instructional coaching, mentoring, and data driven decision making. Overseeing and coordination of PLC meetings, data analysis, and establishing a positive relationship with staff are some of the other essential job functions. This position also is a part of SHS’s PBIS, Guiding Coalition, and Team Leader teams. Special Skills Required: Licensed for DPI early adolescent to adolescent; DPI License #1051, #1010 and/or #1317 preferred, but not required. Required license Number: All DPI Licenses considered.
