The iThrive Center is a new and innovative program within the Richland School District that blends education and therapy to support our youngest learners (4K–4th grade) with the highest behavioral needs. Position Overview:
The Richland School District is seeking a Cross Categorical Special Education Teacher for students in grades 4K through 4th grade, starting in the 2026-27 school year. This position is a full-year position, with breaks tentatively scheduled from March 29 to April 16, May 31 to June 11, and July 5 to 9.
The successful candidate will hold or be able to obtain a current Wisconsin teaching license in Cross-Categorical Special Education (CC-1801), Learning Disabilities (LD-1811), and/or Emotional Behavior Disorder (EBD-1830) with a developmental level of Early Childhood through Middle Childhood (EC-MC).
The Richland School District serves approximately 1172 students in the city of Richland Center and the greater Richland County area. We are located in the beautiful Driftless region of Southwest Wisconsin. The historic city of Richland Center is a regional hub situated between Madison and La Crosse.
