We are currently seeking a highly dedicated 5th-grade teacher for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a one-year, long-term contract (LTC) position, with the potential for continued employment in future years depending on student enrollment and district staffing needs. We strive to hire individuals who are determined to see all students succeed, cognizant of their mindset, champions of equity, and results-oriented. Applicants must be committed to continuous improvement and skilled at fostering mutually respectful relationships with students, parents, colleagues, and community members. Our Ideal Candidate:

Holds, or is eligible to obtain, a current Wisconsin Teaching License in 

Certification/Completion of all ACT 20 required trainings

Passionate and engaging educator

Demonstrates ability to build positive, nurturing relationships with all learners by setting learning expectations at students’ readiness levels.

Ability to maintain a positive and safe learning environment.

Collaborative and exceptional solutions-oriented mindsets.

Ability to be flexible and adaptable, especially during times of change.

Demonstrates good communication skills, including ability to guide and supervise groups of students, maintain confidentiality, and work with students in a positive and motivational manner.

Demonstrates proficient office skills with computers and software.

Able to interact with others effectively, follow directions, and initiate activities independently.

Enjoy working with students and other staff members.

Demonstrates and supports a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

Bilingual (Spanish) skills and abilities are a plus.
