The Richland School District is seeking a Building Administrative Assistant to begin as soon as possible.
 
The successful candidate will have experience in an administrative/executive assistant role, strong oral and written communication skills, and knowledge of platforms such as Teams and Google. Experience in a public school PK-12 setting, as well as an associate degree in an administrative assistant-related area and/or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
 
The Richland School District serves approximately 1142 students in the city of Richland Center and the greater Richland County area. We are located in the beautiful Driftless region of Southwest Wisconsin. The historic city of Richland Center is a regional hub located between Madison and La Crosse.

A high school diploma is required, and a minimum of two years of successful administrative assistant experience is preferred.
Ability to operate a personal computer and related software.
Ability to get along with other people.
Patience in dealing with parents and students is required.
Ability to develop effective working relationships with students, staff, and the school community.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing. Ability to maintain confidentiality with work-related tasks.
Ability to perform duties with awareness of all District requirements and Board of Education policies.
