Key Responsibilities:

• Lead RCIS with a vision for high-quality instruction, student engagement, and inclusive practices.

• Supervise, support, and evaluate instructional and support staff.

• Foster strong partnerships with families and the community.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Wisconsin Administrator license (5051 – Principal).

• Successful teaching and/or leadership experience, preferably at the intermediate or elementary level.

• Commitment to student-focused leadership and collaborative school culture.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing MTSS and trauma-informed practices.

• Familiarity with restorative practices and social-emotional learning frameworks.

• Background in leading PLCs and staff professional development.

• Understanding of inclusive practices and support for diverse learners.
